Is rebounding for me?

There are many good options for a good, safe rebounder. Julie recommends the fit bounce pro from rebound.fitness.

What is rebounding? First of all lets discuss what rebounding is and what I have found.

JAMES WINFIELD who is a Strength and conditioning coach and co-founder of Rebound Fitness says this, “Rebounding is a safe, effective and fun low impact workout performed on a small trampoline. Research into rebounding has proven many health benefits including; burning 1000s of calories, melting body fat, stimulating lymphatic drainage, activating deep core muscles and strengthening bones and joints. Our Rebounders and workouts are designed to help you lose, weight, burn calories and enjoy working out. It’s time to put the FUN back into GETTING FIT.”

While there are many that use rebounding as a way to get fit, I have found it is a very successful way to help women or men who simply need an easy way to move without going to a gym or even going outside. It also requires half the time as other exercises to help build strength, balance, and energy. YES it brings you more energy!

I have always enjoyed exercise routines and going to a gym. Now that I am older, however, it’s just too hard on my joints to do those aerobic routines on the hard ground. I also don’t enjoy going to the gym and waiting for the equipment I want to use and then feeling rushed to finish so someone else can use it.

I have been using energy medicine methods for over 2 decades now and when I began rebounding what I really noticed was the healing effect it had on me. Energy is most effective when it has movement and I have incorporated many energy and intention segments into my rebounding routine for optimal health, including grounding, moving stagnant energy, and releasing and replacing negative thoughts with positive affirmations. This adds even more benefits to rebounding than already existed by bouncing.

I believe rebounding is so beneficial to us today because our bodies can’t handle our toxic environment and we need a way to bring balance and alignment to our system. This is vital if we are to keep our vessel for our spirit healthy and functioning.

When starting a rebound exercise program you need to make sure you have a good, sturdy and safe rebounder. I researched all the companies offering a decent rebounder and I found Rebound Fitness to be the best. They had the best equipment for the price and are dedicated to their consumers. I recommend the rebounder with cords instead of springs, because the movement is very low impact and very smooth. This means even easier on the joints. I have certified with this company to be an instructor, and I am so pleased to partner up with his amazing company out of the UK!
